This house is fresh, crisp and has a relaxed Hampton’s feel. It was purchased many years ago and has had a few updates over the years to accommodate more entertaining areas. Although the interior palette is predominantly white on white, it has much depth in textures and many of the added colours blend in seamlessly with the outdoor surroundings. The extensive white palette inside is contrasted with the extensive outdoor areas in grey weathered timber. In recent renovations, the floorboards have been painted white and finishes, lighting, custom furnishings and joinery updated throughout the main house. Beautiful handmade Spanish tiles line the bathroom walls and team with Carrara marble for a timeless look.

A new outdoor bar bench looks onto the back entertaining areas. The indoor and outdoor areas work harmoniously together around the pool deck to create relaxed entertaining areas for small and large gatherings and caters to varying age groups.
