A thorough update of finishes and subtle alterations was required, whilst retaining existing retro elements from the original 1970’s design of the apartment which the client loved. Heavy timber bulkheads were removed and the exposed brick, bright coloured 1970’s floor tiles in the kitchen and bathroom remained.

A new updated entry and custom joinery in kitchen and bathrooms work alongside new lighting throughout. Colours were kept predominantly to black and white and used with timber wall panelling. This blended seamlessly with existing tiles to create a fresh and timeless palette. Soft furnishings were incorporated along with the existing furniture.
